86th Oscar Winners (in my version)

86th Academy Awards (Oscar) winners will be announced in a few hours. And I have my own winners based on my own interest hihi. So, here comes...

Actor in a Leading Role :
  • Christian Bale in “American Hustle”
  • Bruce Dern in “Nebraska”
  • Leonardo DiCaprio in “The Wolf of Wall Street”
  • Chiwetel Ejiofor in “12 Years a Slave”
  • Matthew McConaughey in “Dallas Buyers Club”
Two things that might never happen : Indonesia is free from corruption and Leonardo DiCaprio won an Oscar. But still, I choose Leo! How can a great actor like him never won an Oscar in his entire career?

Actor in a Supporting Role :
  • Barkhad Abdi in “Captain Phillips”
  • Bradley Cooper in “American Hustle”
  • Michael Fassbender in “12 Years a Slave”
  • Jonah Hill in “The Wolf of Wall Street”
  • Jared Leto in “Dallas Buyers Club”
Three days ago I watched 12 Years a Slave and I'm so impressed with Michael Fassbender. He is so damn gorgeous and insane at the same time in his role!

Actress in a Leading Role :
  • Amy Adams in “American Hustle”
  • Cate Blanchett in “Blue Jasmine”
  • Sandra Bullock in “Gravity”
  • Judi Dench in “Philomena”
  • Meryl Streep in “August: Osage County”
I always want to be an Astronaut, so my choice goes to Sandra Bullock!

Actress in a Supporting Role :
  • Sally Hawkins in “Blue Jasmine”
  • Jennifer Lawrence in “American Hustle”
  • Lupita Nyong’o in “12 Years a Slave”
  • Julia Roberts in “August: Osage County”
  • June Squibb in “Nebraska”
Who's in here who doesn't like Jennifer Lawrence? Huh?

Animated Feature Film :
  • “The Croods” Chris Sanders, Kirk DeMicco and Kristine Belson
  • “Despicable Me 2” Chris Renaud, Pierre Coffin and Chris Meledandri
  • “Ernest & Celestine” Benjamin Renner and Didier Brunner
  • “Frozen” Chris Buck, Jennifer Lee and Peter Del Vecho

Such an irony that Joshua Oppenheimer made a movie about Indonesia's dark history. But, The Act of Killing is just awesome!

Music and Lyric by Pharrell Williams

Haven't watch all of the lists yet, but a movie with Benedict Cumberbatch, Michael Fassbender, and Brad Pitt in it must be brilliant. 12 Years a Slave should be the winner of this category! Any doubt?

Actually, there are a lot of Oscar catogories that I did't write in here. Such as sound editing, short film, director, etc. Go see all categories in http://oscar.go.com/nominees and pick your own winners. I'm getting excited to know if my prediction about Oscar winners are true or not haha. And the best part is, Benedict Cumberbacth, Bradley Cooper, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Matthew McConaughey, and Channing Tatum are the presenters. Woohooo!
